STRUGGLING TO CANCEL TELKOM MOBILE CONTRACT WHICH IS ALREADY EXPIRED

It appears to be impossible to reach a Telkom call centre agent or cancel my telkom mobile service. I lodged a cancellation request and have been informed that a number of people who have done the same are struggling to cancel or even get am update on the status of the cancellation. I receive numerous calls for upgrades. Seems easy for Telkom to take but after sales service is terrible. Wouldnt recommend Telkom Mobile to anybody. Telkom cell number is ***
