Struggling to cancel TELKOM CONTRACT

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Telkom and I am not being assisted, every time I reach a call centre agent they say they can’t help me because they deal with business contracts, though I chose correct options for personal contract cancellation, I tried downloading an app to cancel, that app is also not user friendly, I sent an email 2 times, still not assisted. It’s a phone contract and it ended in AUGUST. Now I’m paying for a SIM card I don’t even want to use. I don’t need it.
