Struggling to cancel telkom account.

I have been trying to cancel or change ownership of my Telkom account for the past two years (no exaggeration). I submit the necessary information and do everything that is required and until today I still cannot get this right with Telkom. There is always something prohibiting this from happening.

Their procedures they have in place along with the lack of service is nightmarish to have to sit through.
