Struggling for swim swap on contract

App**** for swim swap on 08-01-2018 but was told that they must first perform credit checks. My number has been inactive since however, without fail they going to debit my account month end for a contract I'm not even utilizing this instance.

Why it takes so long to conduct credit checks for an account of which payments are up to date? I need this sim card. I am paying for it. This is totally unacceptable
