Struggling!

Why is it so difficult to find out why I dont have internet access through my Telkom LTE router!!!!!!! I have called Telkom numerous times today and they forward me to a different dept and then they cut me off! Then they tell me to put the sim card in a cellphone and I did this and it still does not register on the telkom network.
