Struggles getting my paid up letter.

If it was possible to give a 0 star rating i would’ve done so. They don’t deserve my 1 start sies.

Tell me why am I struggling to get my paid up letter from these ****** after I have settled my account?

I went to their store in Zevwnwacht mall on the 17th of December2025 to settle my account, I was told to wait 72hrs, If I don’t get feedback I call the 180 181 number for a follow up. On the 23rd followed up, which is when I was informed that the request has been logged, it may take take upto 7 working days to generate and send the request to me. No letter has been sent, I was even told that my case has not even been assigned yet, they will log a new one are f**kn kidding me?

Way is it taking forever to generate and provide me with my damn paid up letter?

I’m ****ed sies!!!
