Struggled since April to stop my line, now I have a bad record because of Telkom.

I have struggled since April to stop my ADSL line. Eventually in July they phoned me and assured me thr is line stopped. In the meanwhile I am handed over for late payment but I didnt have a working line. I paid the money I owed according to Telkom. According to all the invoices Telkom now owes me money. But on my ITC check Telkom comes up as late payer!! This is ridicoulus. I have been fighting with them for months!
