STRUGGLE TO CANCEL TELKOM LINE!

I am trying to cancel my Telkom line for 3 months now. Everytime i call them to find out if it's cancelled they tell me to email the cancellation form to them. Like i said this is going on for 3 months. And every month i have to pay the line (that i don't have). How many times do I have to send the cancellation form to them. Anorher 3 times or maybe more?
