STRUGGLE TO CANCEL TELKOM ACCOUNT

Hellopeter I want to ask what to do....We have cancelled the account *** MEH van der Merwe. No success. Months ago we went to Bloemfontein - 300km from here to cancel it again at a Telkom office there. No success. My father died 2 June 2019 - months before he died he didn't use the phone anymore, so we cancelled it. He was 91 years. Can you please help us.
