Stressful, pulling my hair out!
<p>I have posted on Hello Peter a few days ago, and I phoned Telkom Mobile to report the mistake they made on my bill, so first they credit me and now tell me I am in arrears and charge me again for a fictitious amount. I actually cant believe this. Only problems this whole time. I am an old man and all this stress is just not good for me. Just seems no one wants to help sort this out, and all they are doing to overcharging me. I am going to speak to my lawyers tomorrow as clearly all of this is falling on deaf ears. Where is Telkom Mobile management staff? Or does it just make far too much money, you couldn’t be bothered with customer service?</p> <p>What do you do?</p>
Is is crazy, no one has contacted me regarding the mintues that I am not receiving, my daughter made a speadsheet drop it off with Telkom Mobile, no one has come back, and now it is just issue after issue. You guys debited my account for the wrong amount what if that debit bounce? I would have to pay, Telkom doesnt care they made a mistake, so taking a contract out with you is only costing me money. Now I get a sms telling me case no. was resolved, no it wasnt I havent be contacted???? I am just running in circles trying sort this out. Just give me one person to deal with that can actually sort this out.

No one has phoned me, no one is sorting out the mintues, why is no one helpful and no one ever follows up? this is so unfair you keep "*****ing" money from me, you just keep adding **** charges, and get you people to sort it out is like pulling teeth. I dont want to deal with it anymore, it has been a year and things still havent been sorted.
