Strange phone number dialled at strange times

I had a number of issues moving my Telkom line to my new address at the end of January 2015. After many phone calls and Facebook messages, my line was connected in March, but ever since then I have been charged for phone calls to *** which is a fax line. Calls are made mainly in the middle of the night and are 15 or 16 seconds long.<br> <br> The calls are not being made by us.<br> <br> Please can you look into this and let me know what's going on? Each call costs R0.554 and there are about 10 a month.<br> <br> Also, I was told that if I used your website to move my Telkom line that I would get a free modem. This hasn't materialised and I haven't had an answer when I queried it.
