Store Manager that doesn't know her job

How da hell does a manager of Telkom Southgate store do a sim swap in an existing active number.

If the store Manager cannot do a proper job how can we expect the staff to do a proper job. I mean how difficult is it to register a card give the client the correct card and done.

Telkom must really looking at employing staff that can do their jobs.
