store goes for over a month without stock

I app**** for a Samsung tablet the one for R 299 WC COMES WITH 2.5G data before Easter and unfortunately when the consultant assisted me.she told me she only had 2 left however i was travelling during the Easter holiday i informed her to call me when they have stock .However a month later i walk into the shop and i am told there is still no stock? How long does one have to wait?
