Stop wasting my time and get it right
<p>1. I cancelled my 3g Internet which I am still getting billed for. The sim says deactivited.</p> <p>2. I got a debit on my Cell Phone contract which does not appear on my statement as a credit.</p> <p>After several calls and multiple cases, I am still in the same place. Do not email me, contact me directely because last time I used this pathetic service of email of yours NOTHING WAS DONE. STOP WASTING MY F%&*ING TIME AND GET IT RIGHT!</p>
