Stop taking my money Telkom

I have been canceling a Telkom contract since June, been to the Telkom shop every month since July, August, September and these people take my money every month. The latest reference I have is ***3. To all South Africans, if you want peace of mind, I warn you to never take a Telkom contract. The funny thing is that the if you dial the contract cell phone number I am being billed for, it's says that the number doesn't exist.
