Stop taking money from my account

I cancelled my contract months ago. I complained via every platform I could and you couldn't bother to assist me. I warned you once I get fibre in the area I will cancel my contract. You couldn't bother to call me or make any effort. Even after sending cancellation documents. You know when you started giving a hoot? The minute I started reversing my debit orders. Useless & stubborn. Leave my money where it belongs, not in your grubby hands
