Stop *****ing my money !!!!!!!!!

<p>I have a Telkom mobile contract for R249 pm. for the past three months telkom mobile has been debiting my account with R1249 pm despite the fact that i have put a limit that the bill should not exceed R249. Be that as it may further to this for the past month I have removed the card from the phone and yet the bill comes up to R1249......how on earth is that possible. Can someone at Telkom please advise and provide feedback as phonig there call centre is a JOKE..........</p>
