STOP *****ING MY DATA

I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. Since a month ago my LTE data has started disappearing. Even your own CDR records don't add up and cannot explain where my data is gone! The same thing happens when I load a top up (40GB in 2 days). My queries don't get followed up, call centre agents don't call back and reference numbers stop existing!! Refund me for my data.
