Stop robbing us Telkom

Would like to call out telkom for the subscription **** they running, took a data contract with them in August, it was a R149 as per the debicheck and contract I agreed on. September's instal increased to R250+ they said it was subscription, I know nothing about, they said it was their mistake they'll fix it, until they suspended my account for not paying what I did not agree nor know about, out of anger asked them to cancel the contract however still debited my account R380 on the 25 October and another R285 on the 31st, despite contract being cancelled, Telkom I want my money back and nothing to so with you anymore
