Stop robbing us

These days we do not have network when I try calling the call center, the agents just say they cannot hear me. Week after week. I recently bought nite surfer data, this morning at 3am I checked my balance it was 1482MB, I watched something on Showmax, went on fb, on Instagram...now when I check my balance my nite surfer data is still at 1482MB and normal data has been used up. Why???
