Stop ordering staff from Mondo telkom

I have placed order to Mondo telkom for cell phone with blue color the send packer very fast when I check the color of phone is black I try to contact them reception ringing without answering I called telkom regarding this issue the 'er no solution from the I email mond the replayed she say we con not change the color without reason I email again to tell them about my rights the told me the can not change the color becouse I recevide the package

That means I don't have the rights to choice anything I like were is my rights here I send email again to cancel the contract the not replayed and this is moving as is been a 21 days now the need to charge me for this thing im no longer interested on this device the need to come and take it back

I also reported this issue to the national consumer commission

People please Mondo telkom are not taking care of the customers stop ordering things from them
