STOP MAKING USE OF COMPANIES THAT INSISTS THAT TREAT PEOPLE WITHOUT RESPECT

I have been trying since May 2021 to cancel my Telkom internet account. I receive an SMS saying that a cancellation request is logged, but nothing happens after that. I have since stopped the debit order, but somehow it got reinstated without my consent. Emails sent fails and when you phone in, you are advised to do an online cancellation. REALLY??? I am so fed up with companies treating people this way!! Sies!! Where is your respect for yourself and your fellow human beings and countrymen???
