Stop harassing me for faults and incompetence on your side!!!

I am so fed up with Telkom! I closed my account in August 2020. I paid in full up until 31 December 2020 , you handed me over to a lawyer for collection and when i forwarded my cancellation to him he said that as i had cancelled in writing and have proof of this then there are no funds due by me and that Telkom owes me a refund.

Instead I keep getting harassed my different lawyers and collection companies threatening to black list me for an account that is closed?

My cancellation details are as follows: * Cancellation Order Number: ***A * Your Request to Cancel: DSL and DATA only * Service Number/s: *** DSL only / TIN*** * Cancellation Effective Date: 21/08/2020 * Order backdated: 21/07/2020

If this is not sorted out asap I will be suing Telkon for Harassment, deformation of character and emotional distress.

I’m an so tired of this battle and would like it sorted out asap.
