Stop harassing me

Telkom and its third party company(cell direct) keeps phoning me 7 times a days after im telling then i DO NOT WANT TO UPGRADE. This has been going on for months, today i told them clearly if they call me or my wife i will move network providers. I cannot be harassed like this 7 times a day. If im not removed from the list i will be changing network providers over the weekend. Thanks
