Stop blocking my data!!!!

I have had to keep calling Telkom for 3 months now, they keep blocking my prepaid WiFi data. How is it that the data I buy never connects to the internet but I tried with their emergency data on my WiFi and it connected seamlessly. I haven’t been able to connect to the internet for weeks now and seemingly it connected last night on the emergency data that didn’t even last an hour??? Stop ripping me off and unblock my data
