STOP BEING SO USELESS

I lodged a complaint on the 2nd of March SM207710 with regards to Joey committing ***** and adding a contract on my name without my permission or signature in 2015 when contacting the call center they just removed it. At the end of Feb I was charged R1150+ termination fee when it's your staff that has committed *****.Ive contacted Telkom on numerous occasions in this month no1 is able to assist they keep saying sum1 will call me back but no1 does. STOP COMMITTING ***** AND GIVE BACK MY MONEY.
