Stood up for a installation appointment

I went into the Walmer Park branch on 28/2/2018 and received confirmation that my installation date would be today. 5.3.18 after that I received a openserve sms on 2.3.18, to which i rep**** the yes required, stating my installation date would be today. Then today i phoned the ********** at 12 for the first time following up and a lady named Annelise confirmed that the system says today. I phoned 3 more times and here i am sitting at 17:20 and no one showed after i had to made arrangements at work. Telkom picked this date and i made arrangements to accommodate you stood me up???? Now what when will i get my line installed seeing how you cant even keep to your own appointment dates. My old no that i requested to move on 14.02.2018 was ********** . Awaiting your response.
