****** Telkom Number

It has been 3 weeks since #Telkom , without my permission, DELETED my cell phone number and replaced it with another. I have had that number for 6 years.

After numerous calls, visits to stores, waiting 72 hours each time and logging of ‘faults’ and escalating them it seems that in ACTUAL fact nothing was being logged... a ghost in the company deleted my number and even though the number hasn’t been assigned to anybody, is unavailable to me to have back.

Beware if you are a Telkom customer, old or new; you may wake up one day with a ****** number identity crises and nobody working for Telkom giving a s$@% or wanting to help you.
