I lost my Huawei Phone on 6 November 2019 that i bought from Telkom and then took insurance with Finrite. I was requested to submit an affidavit from SAPS and also declaration from the Telkom Store. I submitted the information to Finrite as requested on the 8th Nov 2019 and they promised to get back to me. Apparently the call centre agents who assisted me by the name of Pinky Tshegofatso Mdekazi went on sick leave for more than three days and i had to wait for her to come back. I then got an email from another call centre agent Lerato Majaja who wanted to know how much premium i was paying and this is after i sent them an invoice with the insurance premium reflecting. Below is the email i wrote to the call center agent

Dear Lerato

Do you really want to tell me that none of your colleagues have my information that shows the premium and how much I was paying after sending everything to you guys. This is really frustrating after going through a loss. Now I can relate to the two women in KZN who recently took the body of a dead person to dump it at Old Mutual Offices since they were not willing to pay the funeral claim. I also wish I had something that I could come and dump at your offices just to show you how frustrating this situation is.

Please find attached information which was shared with your other colleague (Pinky Tshegofatso Mdekazi who went on sick leave for more than three days and this was still not resolved) and am sure it was going to be easy just to request this information from her.

Am trusting that this matter will be resolved speedily without involving the third party.
