<p>My Phone was ******, </p> <p>I simply requested the phone be blacklisted- </p> <p>Both Mondli Mzulwini and Msaibulele assured me they had sent my details through to have the phone blacklisted. </p> <p>After waiting on the line for literally two hours the call center staff says there's no proof that any action was logged to blacklist the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is holding up my claim and pathetic customer support. </p> <p> </p>
