Do i have put a rating in. Service has been horrible. Even when escalated to Team Leaders. Poor service seems to be on a few levels of this business. I have cancelled a sale just after the 25th of October. This after i was waiting almost 2 weeks for a phone that never arrived. During my wait a debit order went off for a phone i do not have. And since my cancellation they have not returned my money and its a month later.
