so it was time for an upgrade new cell phone day and me and my gf were so excited. we have been sent many messages to come in and upgrade so we said y not.we get there and waited 30 mins until I finally asked for service so I explained to the lady wat I wanted to do, she took a further 45 mins making me fill documents out she then showed me the phone I was excited till she said theres no sim cards in stock so I said ok il pick it up tomorrow. an hour later she said that she would have to process the documents manually as a credit check. I was so ****ed off I mean y message me and call me to come in to upgrade and then say to me that a credit check had to be done again. so finally she said rudely no u cant have the phone. so I asked for the managers number wen I got home to call it was an incorrect number this is pathetic it took all the excitement out of getting a new cell and spoiled my day now im even contemplating not getting a renewal with telkom ever again.
