****** Identity

Good Day

My identity was ****** and an account was opened at Telkom.

Even after Telkom ***** had investigated and cancelled the account ,it seems like updating the Credit Bureau records is difficult for them.I have forwarded a query a lot of times and until today I still get declined by Creditors due to Telkom listing.

I have also requested a Victim of ***** Letter which Telkom has not assisted me with.

Please help.
