I have had the absolute worst experience with this network. It's my first time making use of them and I am utterly disgusted. A few months ago I have noticed my data was running out faster then usual. I logged it with them only to find out my data was being ****** without my knowledge and consent. They found out that someone was transferring my data to different people via the online portal. They suggested that I deregister my online account and change my Sim and number linked to my account. I did that but onluly to find out its still happening. I raised the issue with them again and it's been 2 months with no resolution. I pay my account on time but 10gigs is being taken on a monthly basis at no fault of my own. I am disgusted and very disappointed. This is theft!!!
