****** airtime and lack of accountability

I loaded R100 airtime and it disappeared before I could even purchase data. I’m particularly upset because that was my last money and it was intended for a research portfolio that I have to submit by midnight tomorrow. I have called the call centre and sent them messages several times but they keep ignoring me.
