After over 20 phonecalls to different agents, live chats, emails and countless case numbers i am always told it will be handled and then nothing is done.

Telkom charged me for 2 months after cancelling a month to month LTE contract. This WAS A YEAR AGO DURING THE PANDEMIC LOCKDOWN AND THEY TOOK FOOD MONEY FROM ME and SO MANY OTHER FAMILIES *******LY DURING THE HARDEST OF TIMES-

They have still not refunded me my owed amount.

I honestly am so far passed complaining its unreal, i wish i could give them a -5 rating as they are the worse rogues around!
