stole our land line - money passed hands

Our landline has been off since 20 Dec. phoned Telkom told us our line had been suspended as account not paid, first their 10210 does not work when phone is off, used R200 airtime from cell phone to try and solve this problem. Well a technician came to our house and went to check the Telkom box, some ******* **** from Telkom gave our line to someone in our road as a prepaid line, obviously money passed hands like any government department, *******ion. OK so now landline up and running but we were off for 11 days and still have to pay these thieving ****** and there is absolutely nothing we can do, cant we gt some opposition as they really are pathetic <br>
