STOLE MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNT/UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER DATE

I have a contract with Telkom.Our debit order agreement date is 26th of every month.Why was money taken today,17th without my permission?Leaving my account in a minus. It's CALLED *****ING. I am taking TelkomZA to Ombudman for this. Telkom stole money from account. Money I was supposed to use to buy my kids bread this morning, meaning my kids will not be able to eat this morning. I DON'T LIKE WHAT TELKOM DID,BREACHING THE CONTRACT. YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS TelkomZA, you will pay for my bank charges too
