Stock issues

I have tried to upgrade my phone and Telkom said they had no stock. They said they would let me know when they get stock again but instead they already upgraded my contract without me recieving the new device. I don't think its fair to upgrade the contract if i haven't recieved the new phone, don't you think? It's been way more than 3-5 days like they said it would take. I haven't recieved any calls or messages about any stock available!
