Stock

I went in to get a tablet and a modem in store on Wednesday, I am an existing client with Telkom mobile I completed all the forms and got it approved, the lady said she will phone me once they have received stock. She phoned me the Friday and told me to come in the stock has arrived. I went in only to find out that after standing in the queue for 2 hours that they can't find my items and asked me to return in the morning. The following morning I went in only to find out that they had given my items to another customer and that they can't do anything about it because the manager told them that they can take my stuff and give it to someone else.
