Stinky service!

I called their customer care line and requested that they send me email confirming my account has been cancelled and im still waiting for the email. I need this urgently explained to the person I spoke to confirmed my email address however he hasnt sent me anything. I cant even get an email address for me to contact them on and im using a different network so I cant call through again Ive been spending so much airtime to call them and no one is assisting me. Very poor service from Telkom customer care
