Stinking service from Telkom

Good day, please refrain from contracting to Telkom mobile data routers. It is only operative when it wants. This is now the second time that I am traveling from Gauteng to Mpumalanga in 2 months time and again both routers are not working. Will not bother contacting Telkom and wasting my airtime as I will be advised all sorts of ****py stories. 2 months ago I was advised that both routers SIM cards were faulty. Nonsense, went to East Rand mall service atrocious. What will the excuse be this time. I will not be caught ever again with Telkom. Thank goodness I have cancelled all my Telkom landlines.
