Stinking service Ever

I am completely disappointed and lost hope to Telkom mobile,its been four days trying to do sim swap of my lost sim card all I gent from their agents is "the is nothing we can do" they have two store in West Coast open but both of them cant do anything.so my life is stuck because that SIM card number is my everything and I tried everything loging calls three times but they never rep****.
