Stinking service
Telkom maponya mall service is disgusting. 6 consultants available yet you must wait 40 minutes just to purchase a new sim. The lady at the till is busy with her daughter. We are 8 customers waiting and no one has even bothered to ask what do we need help with, instead some of the consultants are going for lunch and leaving us here.
You're going to lose customers so fast at maponya mall Soweto!
