Stinking Customer Service Experience

I must say I’ve never ever in my life come across a company that has an extremely horrible customer service and customer negligence like Telkom. More than 5 different agents hung up on me because they couldn’t give me answers, 2 of them used abusive language and even laughing at me. When I ask for a supervisor/ manager they will tell me “thing is our team leaders they are all working from home so we can’t reach through them we have to escalate, please wait for 24 hours you will receive a call back” 3 weeks passed been waiting for their call. Telkom billing department is the worst service ever, more than 5 different agents are telling me different stories about my account, others sheim will be honest and say they don’t know they need to file a ticket, while Telkom blocks my phone for no reason . How the flipping hell does it make sense, Telkom debit their cash on the 25th, boom few days later they reversed it. With my knowledge I contacted my bank clearly knowing it’s them who can do that but unfortunately they confirmed no Telkom did take their funds and reversed them few days later, I sent Telkom my bank statement they saw it and confirmed as well. Now the agents are saying “it might be” that it’s because there were insufficient funds, Lol how does that make sense thou? Coz with what I know if there are no enough funds on the account it will decline and I be charged a decline fee as well, contacted my bank again they confirmed yes there were enough funds, Telkom now just come and debit my bank anytime of the month without my authorisation and I end up having negative charges on my account because of them. Different agents telling me different stories and they will say the not sure, wow I just hate Telkom with all my heart at this point and I regret myself why I had a contract with them sies, my other contract has ended with them I want to cancel they saying they can’t cancel coz my account is in arrears because of them…. Serame Taukobong you need to intervene chief this is not on.
