Stinking Customer Service by Nomboniso

I know this feedback will fall on deaf ears but I was given no other point of reference to vent. I just had the WORST customer service experience from a lady named Nomboniso.

I called in requesting assistance with my internet connection, this lady with a stinking attitude answers and constantly talks over me and constantly suggesting that I drop the line and call in the call centre again.

I was appalled by the service that customers who pay their hard-earned money to the company get treated. I now honestly am tempted to change providers to where the money that I pay will be appreciated.
