Stinking attitude and very rude Phindile.

I just had a vey bad experience with a *** from the Telkom call center she said her name is Phindile. Im not even sure if her name really is Phindile. She was very rude and abrupt. That thing called Phindile shouldn't be in the customer care environment. I'm in client care myself I know what how I should be treated. My id number is ********** 518081 My call was between 08;10 and 08;30. I called from my cellphone ********** 325. Please send me the recording I am taking this matter further. I want that *** fired for not treating the client fairly which is part and parcel of the FAIS act,
