still wanting for my new contract phone.

i app**** for new phone contract via online application and approved and they debit my bank account R149.00 and consultant advised me that the phone will be delivered within 5 days and am still wanting for the phone and no one calling to tell me when the phone will be delivered to me and i try to call their call centre 10210 no one answer the phone.
