still waitng for feedback

monday 19 jan- i went into your vaal mall branch to apply for a new phone. the phone i originally wanted (iphone 6) was out of stock,so i opted for the 5s instead. everything was done after waiting for almost an hour. when my application was sent, it got referred. the consultant that was assisting me said that i would get feedback by 22 jan-that did not happen. i went into the branch again on 25 jan to check on the status & it was STILL referred. i left a message for the consultant to call me back and STILL NO FEEDBACK!! I made a call to the branch on 5 feb and the same consultant said that she would contact your back offfice to get feeback and that she would call by that afternoon or friday at the latest.<br> <br> a credit check takes 3 business days MAX to be done. I've been waitng for 3 WEEKS!<br> <br> If your company does not want/need me as a customer, then please let me know otherwise i would like my phone
