Still waitng 4 white samsung note 4 since 25th Sep

Still waiting for my white samsung note 4 since 25th Sep i have been getting promises made for almost 3 months now latest Frans the manager at the glen told me that i will receive my phone on 2015.12.14 latest 2015.12.15 i have tried to call them several times today as i went in store yesterday and was promised by Vukani that he will get his manager Frans to phone me and let me know what is happening as he is busy sorting out that i finally can hopefully get my phone its so frustrating its almost 3 months ago that i app**** for my phone.
